Fun Finale to Book Week
NONE

Book Week celebrations for Middle School concluded on Friday.

Upper Primary students and teachers showed their creativity and sense of fun with the opportunity to dress up as their favourite book characters. Costumes were wide-ranging and imaginative, and the characters portrayed represented stories from many diverse genres.

Secondary students enjoyed hearing award-winning author and ex-professional Australian Rules player, Phillip Gwynne, sharing stories about his family, his life and his journey towards becoming a writer. Phillip has successfully published a variety of writing formats, including scripts for television, screenwriting for films, poetry, drama scripts, adult novels, young adult novels, junior novels and picture books.

Thanks to everyone - at home and at school - for your support of Book Week 2017!
