College Community Choir to Star at Carols
NONE

The Geelong College Community Choir will bring Christmas cheer to Geelong on Christmas Eve, when they take centre stage at the city's Carols by Candlelight.

The College Community Choir will be the backing choir that leads the singing throughout the night, combining with the Geelong Concert Band, which is led by the College's Director of Music, Mark Irwin.

College families are invited to join this free community event at GMHBA Stadium (Kardinia Park) on Sunday 24 December. Bring a picnic blanket to sit on the hallowed turf, and enjoy the performances from 8pm onwards! Gates will be open from 5pm.

The Geelong College Community Choir rehearses on Mondays at 7.30pm during term time in the Keith Humble Centre. They most recently performed in the Senior School Carols Service, where they wowed the audience with their amazing vocals.

Carols by Candlelight will be the choir's final performance of the year. We hope to see many College families there!
