We have various community groups within the College, including Parents Associations, Old Geelong Collegians, the College Foundation and Friends of the Enviro Garden.
The College is also active in the local Geelong community. Other schools and families are invited to learn at the College through the Centre for Learning, Research and Innovation, The Recreation Centre, Outside School Hours Care and special events.
We also share learning, time, care and resources with many local and International causes.
We hope that being a part of the College brings a sense of belonging to a worthwhile, dynamic and inclusive community that values best practice education and lifelong learning.
The Geelong College offers its sport and recreation facilities, teaching and learning spaces, Performing Arts Centre and Visual and Creative Arts Centre for hire to the wider community. Spaces are also available for conferences, weddings and other functions.
Community members are welcome to use our state of the art recreation centre.
The Old Collegians are an important part of our community and play an active role in the life of the school. In addition to providing opportunities for you to reconnect with the school and your former classmates through reunions and events.
The Geelong College Foundation Limited was incorporated in 1987 to preserve, develop and secure the financial future of The Geelong College, and assist its ongoing mission – to offer one of the finest co-educational learning experiences in Australia.
